Good Luck on your journey. This site has a lot of people who are very nice and help motivate you along the way. It's not easy at first,and I know how it feels to get home and plant yourself. Are you doing the "fitness" schedule on this site thats Mon,Wed,and fridays? Cause if so,I found it easy to do when after work I just do the exercises to get them out of the way and cardio during my tv shows...I'll jog in place or anything that keeps me moving. I'll either do it during the show and rest on commercials or vis versa. :) Let us know how your doing. :)

Hi everyone! I am about 25 pounds overweight, but am tall - so for the most part it spreads around OK... However, I barely fit into my "big" clothes now and just am not comfortable with my body. The tipping point was when I did some boudoir photos with some girlfriends (mine were very tame!) and I was just so unhappy with the photos and was so embarrassed I couldn't even show them to my significant other. Seeing pictures of yourself, rather than looking in the mirror, really gets the message through!
Anyway, I was thinking of maybe doing Weight Watchers, but I've read mixed reviews about WW, and it seemed like quite an investment to just "try out." Also, I'm vegan, so I wasn't sure how that was going to work. I did read about Spark, and figured I would give it a try - so here I am!
I am committed to getting on a regular exercise schedule. Right now, I essentially have zero motivation to get to the gym, or get out for a walk/jog. I come home from work and eat and sit at the computer or watch tv. I also need to regulate my sleep, too - - and try for 7 hours each night. I know eating better, exercising regularly, and getting good sleep will make me feel a 1000x better - - physically and emotionally. I also know that NOW is the time to focus on this and make a lifestyle change, because in a couple of years when I hopefully will be having a child - things will be a little more hectic and it will be even hard.
