Hey guys,
I've been trying for years to get back into shape. I use to be so in shape with out trying and my weight seemed to just sneak up on me. Now I try so hard and get no where but maybe 2-4bls of weight loss and then it stops :(. Anyways,I'm here to try and keep on track....wish me luck :) Any advice?
