Welcome!! Tracking your food intake will go a long way to getting you on track to make some dietary changes. Your back issues sound painful, hopefully dropping a few pounds will help to alleviate some pressure. If you can walk safely, get out and get moving for 30 minutes a day.

I am Joanna and I am 31 Years old. I have high cholesteral, acid reflux, ibs etc. I used to be an active dancer but have chronic low back pain due to SIJD arthritis and Pars Defect I have gained wright from lack of mivement and eating out too much. I just had a RF on my right side and am in PT. I would like to lose 20 pds and strengthen my core. I only work part time because of back. I have decided enough is enough. I can either sit here and be unhappy or at least get up and try to make the quality of life better. But I cannot do it alone. I live in Magna, Utah I have bern married 12 years and have two dogs. No kids due to back issues. This does not help depresion. But regardless I am ready to try. And I hope I can help some of you. I did just make a goal to not eat out at lunch for one month and was successful. No weight loss but saved money :)
