Hi everyone! I just learned about this site today! I'm excited about losing weight and getting back down to what I weighed in my 20's. I need the motivation to keep going, so I hope that this will do the trick! I don't get a lot of time to myself, so it'll be a treat to schedule time for myself again for excersizes!
