This is a common issue for busy moms! I have two children and a full-time (HECTIC) job as well. Possibly you can try to break up small amounts of exercise into your day. Could you fit in a ten minute video in the morning when you wake up (free on spark) before you get off to work for the day? Maybe another ten minute video in the evening once the little ones go to bed?
When I first started working out I did small amounts of time in the evening once I had put my children to bed. I am not a morning person and waking up early made me feel sick verses invigorated for the day. Some people find that they have more energy when they start the day with exercise.
I walk on my lunch breaks. I see you live in a hot climate, so that may not be ideal for you.
Finding small amounts of time in your day, even ten minutes, will make a significant difference. Once you start to add some, ANY, even a little, exercise to your day you will notice that you feel better and have more energy - I PROMISE!
