Hi! I'm new to Spark People, and so far am really liking it. I lost 5 pounds so far and this is my third week! I'm really looking to change my life style. I'm turning 30 and my husband and I are thinking about having a baby. I want to be a healthy mom. I've always been active, but I'm tired of carrying around this extra 20 pounds. I've always sabotaged myself into keeping it on, and then been disgusted with myself because of it. It's time for a new me! Glad to join the group and I'll take all the tips I can get!
