Welcome!! I too have/had a problem being accountable. I like to think that joining Spark People has helped a lot in that regard, and it has. Tracking excatly what goes into my mouth has really been an eye-opening experience. It still helps when I slip up to get me back on track. Use these trackers like a drug, or better yet, like you use food. It could very possibly shock you into better habits.

I'm ready to get serious about losing weight. I've been telling myself I want to be healthier for years but when push comes to shove, I like my bad habits too much to let them go. Hopefully some outside accountability will help me to hold my own feet to the fire.
