Welcome! Welcome!! Go with the inches, you have to know that you are gaining muscle, heavier than fat, and more compact, so don't be discouraged. Otherwise, I'd be slumped over in a corner with a major bout of depression as I have lost only 2 lbs in months!!!
Hi everyone, I have been using SP for a couple of weeks now mainly for tracking the food I eat. I will be 33 in April and I am looking to lose about 20 lbs. I have been doing the biggest loser challenge at the gym 4 days a week for 1 hr a day for about 4 1/2 weeks now but I have not lost 1 lb. I know I've lost inches and my muffin top is almost completely gone but I would really like to see it on the scale. Hoping to at least lose 10 lbs by the summer and the rest by the end of the year.
