I have been on SP for a little while now. This is first time I post though. I am looking for some motivation. I have been stuck at my plateau of 147 for weeks now. I was trying to get to 140 (goal) by April which obviously not happening.
I am active. I go to the gym at least 2 a week, lately 3 times. Have been walking to pick up my son from school, weather permitting. At home, I am usually doing some housework (with exceptions of when I come on the computer).
I don't get it exactly.. I make decent choices for food..have been better about avoiding cookies.. (my weakness) If it wasn't for my boys, i wouldn't have them around at all. I stopped eating bread in the morning..which has been my thing forever. Now, I have my coffee with skim milk, 2 sugars. Don't like splenda in my coffee.. I usually eat a Chobani yogurt. I have cooking first thing..
