Welcome Katwyzer!! That goal is doable. Just do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get discouraged if you fall short. Remember, you gained only 15 in a whole year, don't take for grated that you can drop 20 in 3 months. But you can do it.
Get moving, cut your portions, take stock of your life and lifestyle. Make some changes and it WILL happen.

Hello. I'm 30 and I would like to lose at least 20 pounds before my 31st bday in June. I've gained 15 pounds in the last year alone. I handle stress by eating and I've been using the excuse that I'm too tired for exercise. Now, I'm sick of feeling bad about myself and I want to be healthier. I don't have a lot of uplifting people in my life because I'm really shy and so I don't have a lot of friends to go through this process with. I would love to join you guys. I need the support group!
