Newbie. Would very much like some motivation and some buddy's to help me loose weight. I am at the momment 13.05 stone ( don't know how much that is in lbs ). My goal is reach 11 stone by the 20th of June. I would like to know exactly how many calories I'm allowed each day and any advice on a good total beginers workout that I could do that would fit in with dog walking and kids?
