Hi everyone! My name's Carrie, and I am no stranger to SparkPeople, but just joined this group. I started using SparkPeople in 2007 and lost about 30-ish pounds over the course of the next year and made my goal weight of 130. I maintained that weight for about 2 and a half years or so, but over the last few years, I have let my weight slowly creep back up to near 140. I will admit the exercise has been basically non existent, for a long time. I'm a mom of two school-aged children as well as a part-time student, so I kept telling myself that there was no time in my day for exercise, but I've managed to add it in starting about two weeks ago. So far it's only been 20 minutes on the treadmill each day, but it's something, right?
