Hello I am new to sparks and new to food tracking and exercise. It is a pleasure to meet and work with people on similar goals. I need to lose 20 lbs to start and never realized how difficult it can be on the body and mind. I just started Zumba classes twice a week and I walk on the treadmill twice a week. I am working on completing the strength training but find myself to be very sore. I know in time all will get easier to do and the pain will subside, my mind remains positive :)
