@Joannmb -- Welcome to the team! I completely understand where you are coming from. I lose and gain the same 10-15 pounds over and over again. My aunt always warned me that when I turned 30 it would not come off as easy as it used to. Well it didn't happen at 30, but now that I am 34, it is starting to get harder.
I think posting on your blog is great accountability. I am also trying to hold myself accountable. I wrote my goals out yesterday and I found that it really helped to get myself focused. My goal is to lose those 15 pounds for the last time and learn to eat using a healthy lifestyle.
You can do it!
