I'm 34, a mother of two, a three year old girl and a nine year old boy. Really really really want to lose about 20 lbs, and I've just had the hardest time doing it lately. I do pretty good all day, then come evening, I can't seem to stop myself from eating and drinking everything in sight! I love running, and I currently run about 3 miles a day. Its helping me to feel better and probably helping me to sustain my current weight, but unless I can get my eating under control, I'm never going to lose the weight! I'm married, and it doesn't help that my husband is in perfect shape and has no empathy for why I am not like him! Okay, glad to be here!
