Motivation is different for everyone. You can be motivated for different reasons, health, goals, an event like a race, and so on. You can be motivated by other's success or even failure, pictures of yourself or others, reaching goals such as times, distances or pounds and is up to you. What do you want? How are you going to get there?

I have inspirational pictures and quotes in my office, I often read spark success stories and fitness magazines. I am motivated by my goals and by my sparkfriends.

Hi all! I am from Wisconsin and yes I love cheese. I decided to try Sparkpeople after some ladies at the gym told me about it. So far I'm very impressed. My problem is staying motivated. Any advice with this is always appreciated!
