Hi. My name is Julie and I am 38 years young. I have a 7 year old boy and 8 year old girl. I started out wanting to lose 23 pounds (started at 143). So far I have lost 6 pounds so I now need to lose 16 pounds to reach my goal weight of 120lbs. Last I checked I was at 29% body fat and I track my body measurements monthly. I have issues with bulging disc in my neck and back so am a little limited on the activities I can do. I love to bike and often bike a few hours a day on the weekends and I walk on my lunch breaks. I find that I tend to lean toward the very bottom of my calorie range and I currently attempting to find ways to increase some protien in my diet.
I love to read what others in similar circumstances are doing, it is very motivational and informational to me.
