Thank you. I just started getting serious with my weight (Since Jan 2012, new years resolution) - it took me 7 years of procrastination. The last 30 lbs has been hanging around for 7 years & it's frustrating ! Healthy eating & exercise is a daily "COMMITMENT" . I'm also a stress eater & being a mom w/ stress , it's hard to "de-stress" sometimes. So, my daily schedule is an HOUR of cardio at the gym 4-5x a week. 1-2x a week, I do resistance bands or light weights. So far, the weighing scale #'s are not going down, but I'm losing belly inches (3 inches lost so far). Im just frustrated that the weighing scale numbers is NOT going down =(. But I know everything takes patience. I'm doing HERBALIFE shakes 2x a day & a light dinner. Today, I had pea soup. So far, the Herbalife Cafe latte shake tastes pretty good.
What kind of eating habits & diets do you do ? I been doing Herbalife for 2 weeks now . I hope to see results by April - May 2012.
