Hi all! Today is day 1 for me and I'm ready to do what needs to be done to lose the pesky 20 pounds I've been holding on to. I'm currently 162 lbs with a gw of 140. I'd like to reach my goal by May. Hubby and I are also in the midst of trying to start a family and I just want to be in better shape. Right now I'm just trying to eat right and track what I eat and I plan to add in exercise as well. My goal is to get up 30 minutes early and use the exercise bike I have, but I am not a morning person so wish me luck!
