Ticker shows weight starting 10/1/10
Hey everyone, I am new to this site. I've struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. I lose then gain, then lose then gain again. I've lost about 10 pounds recently mostly becuase I had surgery and really didn't eat for 3 weeks. So now I am really wanting to loose another 10 and get fit for the summer. A woman in one of my gym classes told me about this site. Does it really work? Anyone have any good tips?
