Hi im new here...my goals this year are to loose 10 lbs but most of all get toned and cut. After one month of working out and jotting down calories i have not seen a change on the scale but i have noticed that my pants seem to sag down the crotch when i walk... i know ....TMI... LOL!! but i guess its a change from having to unbutton them after lunch. I refuse to buy a bigger size and will not give up even if the scale does not show it!!!!!!
