My name is Amy, and I'm fairly new to SparkPeople. So far, I really like what I see. I'm 37, just have about 13-16 pounds to go before I'm satisfied, and I'd like to maintain a healthy food and fitness lifestyle. I'm also trying to be realistic and accept that a healthy 37-year-old body looks and feels a little different from a healthy 27-year-old body!
I've been married for nearly 14 years and am childless by choice but devoted to my 5 dogs and volunteer work in community orchestra and theatre. In my spare time, I practice law. :~)
It's good to be here. I'm looking forward to lots of good information and motivation.
