You are right. I do enjoy squeezing 30 mins of walking in the morning before work. Maybe i'll take the kids bike riding in the afternoon and see if that trigger the scale.

I jog/walk emoticon 2 miles 5 days a week and i do weight watchers. Why can't i move from 163?
