You found the right place! I just started last weekend and the people here are very inspiring. They are not afraid to admit when they slip up and are there to encourage each other. Don't overlook the fastbreak stage. It helps you take baby steps to change your lifestyle, rather than, like I've done many times, do everything at once then crash and burn.

Hi Everybody!
I just turned 30 two weeks ago, and just joined Sparkpeople moments ago! I need to learn that taking small steps will make a difference and I can't lose the weight I want to overnight. It's going to take hard work and a lot of support from people around me.
Looking forward to taking this journey with others here!
