Hi, Amanda! This is my second time to use SparkPeople as well. I found I got too involved in the computer side of things versus the point which is to make the good choices in your daily life. You can do this. If you slip up or allow a "cheat" don't let it throw everything else off. If it rains and you always do your workout outside, have a back up video to work with inside or double up the next day. As long as an "off-path" choice does not become a pattern, you are making progress.
