Hello everyone, this is my first time doing anything like this! I am in need of help, I used to be so active, fit and healthy, now I am sooo unfit, actually quite nasty but I am so unmotivated at times which make me depressed so it is a crazy viscous cycle. I need help, motivation encouragement anything!! And if I have anything to add to your journey I will. I look forward to moving forward with people who will understand what it is to work hard and finally change!! LETS GET IT!!!!! emoticon
