Hello everyone here on SparkPeople. I just joined today, I am very excited to meet a lot of people that are willing to help give me motivation to stay on track and never give up on my weight loss goals!!! I've tried lots of diets in the past 7 years and I always manged to lose 20lbs but I would just give up after a couple months and go right back to my old habits and gain all the weight back. But now it's time I try something new! Wish me luck!!!
