Hello everyone I have rejoined spark people in hopes of getting my weigh under control and improving myself all round. I've always struggled with my weight and self image and just have never been happy with myself. I've tried diets before, and have successfully lost some weight only to regain it plus more. Here's hoping to make some lasting changes this time around.
