OMG! Finally, someone who understands!!! :) my biggest weekness is CARBS... Pasta, rice (I love fried rice, dirty rice, mexican rice...), bread is not so bad, I don't eat much of it and when I do, it's multi grain, but I hate brown rice. I have switched to whole wheat pasta which is not so bad with enough sauce, but that probably defeats the purpose, right? Well, From one carb-lover to another, and to all of you, whatever you weakness is, good luck and I wish you all the bodies you want.

Hi my name is Lilybeth but you can call me Lily. i just joined this great site. I am in my mid 20's and need to lose 35 pounds. It has been very hard for me, ever since i had my son. my metabolisium has crashed and gone somewhere (the unknown). My son is almost 14 months and i am still 10 pounds over what my strated weight was when i got pregnant. why is this so hard to lose? Well I started yesterday and i plan to keep it up. what has been the hardest for me is to let go of the rice, bread and so forth.
