around my birthday I hit a breaking point. I'm not happy with the way I look/ My internal image of myself is not jiving with the external, and I need to do something about it. I've had an 'ideal' weight in mind for a little while, but right now 30lbs by the time I'm 30 (2 years) seems not only attainable, but pretty darn catchy. I've got a few freinds doing Weight Watchers, but I wanted to see what I could do in some smaller steps first. I'm familiar with the tracker and have the food app. It was more here let me utilize it more.
I'm trying to get on the forums more in order for that to help as well.

I've been on spark off and on for the past 4 years or so, This time I'm trying to put a better push through. I'm all about doing the little things that build up and starting new habits.
I'm trying to track what I eat, remember to take my vitamins and drink 8 cups of fluid a day, and remember to eat breakfast. Probably also need to take the dog for a walk more often, I'm sure she would enjoy it as well.
