I have been struggling my weight for a number of years. I was thin and athletic through my teens, but started to gain in university after injuring my back. My weight climaxed when I was 24 at 200lbs. It was at that point I realized I needed to make a change. Over the next 18 months I got down to 135lbs with the help of a personal trainer, and successfully maintained that weight for a while. Unfortunately I fell off the wagon and as of January 2012 I was back up to 155lbs. I have managed to get down to 146lbs to date, but am planning to get to 130lbs before my wedding in May 2013.
I have joined a gym and started doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred... will keep you posted!
