Hi Jess! I'm am 1/2 in the same boat as you and 1/2 way on my way out of it! I'd also put on a few pounds since getting married (comfort zone?!?) and am aiming to have more energy. The most difficult part of my fitness journey is just getting my workout clothes on and doing something after work instead of just sitting around. Just know that you always have more energy and feel better about yourself after your workout than you do when you skip it! Good luck!

Hi! I'm Jess and I'm fairly new. I've been on Spark for several months. I am 25 and have recently realized that being married has helped me put on a few pounds. I often feel very tired and super lazy. I would just like to be to a healthy weight for my height and more importantly I would love to have my energy back. I loath exercise so this will definitely be a challenge for me. I'm so glad I found this site!
