Hi, my name is Tonya and this is the perfect team for me, because I'm taking things step by step and day by day. I have a few health problems that hinder my progress, so it will take me a little longer than others to reach my goals, but it won't stop me. I'm recovering from a 2 week fight with the flu, so right now I'm taking baby steps to get back on track. I'm not following any particular plan or program, just tracking what I eat and making healthier choices. My goal is to lose 150 lbs by January 1,2014. So that's 75 pounds this year, and 75 next year. I CAN DO THIS!
