Hey all, new to this whole thing, planning to drop about a stone before I go to uni! Problem is, while I can do the food thing perfectly well, I really struggle with the exercise! Can anyone give me ideas of things I can do? I struggle to find the energy and motivation to get my shorts on =p Also don't like going where people can see me exercising =p
