Hi JJ. I go to Planet Fitness in Davenport. I like ST best, get to bored walking on the treadmill. I use machines, do about 100 reps on most of them with weights around 10-25 pounds for arms, 10,15, and 50 pounds for legs, 30 pounds abd. I've had back surgery, rotator cuff, and knee scoped, so have to work around that stuff. Lighter weights and more reps seem to work better than trying to increase the weights a lot. I'd like your advice. Hope you have an awesome Easter!!
