Hello, I am not sure what ST is, but I agree with you on the machines. I do about the same weight I am not doing as many reps yet but working on it. I have only been going since the end of Jan. and I have lost 24 pounds. I have also been adding some of the weight lifting equipment for exercises that I can not do on the machines. Maybe some day we can get together to work out. What kind of membership do you have? When do you go to the gym? Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi JJ. I go to Planet Fitness in Davenport. I like ST best, get to bored walking on the treadmill. I use machines, do about 100 reps on most of them with weights around 10-25 pounds for arms, 10,15, and 50 pounds for legs, 30 pounds abd. I've had back surgery, rotator cuff, and knee scoped, so have to work around that stuff. Lighter weights and more reps seem to work better than trying to increase the weights a lot. I'd like your advice. Hope you have an awesome Easter!!

Thanks Nancy,
Just a thought, you may need to change up your routine. I change my routine to keep it fresh. I was doing the same routine and started to get bored. Then I met this lady and she shared with me that when you get bored or keep doing the same routine that your body gets used to it and you stop losing weight. I don't know what you are doing to lose weight or to tone but if you are going to a gym let me know and I would be happy to try and help.

Hello Nancy,
Thank you for replying I also go to Planet Fitness in Moline. I started going at the end of January and I have lost 15 pounds so far. Keep up the good work and you will make your goals. I am trying to get this team back active so if you know anyone that is already a member but not active let them know. I am also trying to figure everything out on here, so I can get the team members more active. Keep intouch and good luck with your goals.

Hi! Thanks for taking over the team! I live in Davenport and go to the new Planet Fitness gym. I really like it. I've been on SP a couple of years and kind of a yoyo. The BLC challenge rounds have helped, and with spring here almost, that's a plus. I have a goal to lose 20 pounds by the end of spring.
