Im doing really good. Im feeling so good after a good exercise and I have even added a small amout of jogging to my nightly walk. I am sleeping so much better.

I can only speak for myself, but I'm not that same 18 year old kid who could somehow eat all I wanted, drink like a fish, stay up all night, and still complete whatever PT we had assigned. These days, at 44, I definitely have to treat myself better than that if I want to build a healthier body back.

I really like this site and all the support. Its harder than boot camp but at least there is no drill sergeant yelling in my ear. I know there are times there probably should be to help get me off my butt and exercise better abd to not eat the little extra that I really dont need.
