Hi I'm new here, but I look forward to ideas on healthy eating! I have a recipe I made up that maybe someone else would enjoy; easy and filling!
Put 1/2 c fat free refried beans (add 1/4 ts chili powder, 1/4 ts. pepper, 1T chia seeds) in a bowl andheat in micro for 1 minute chop up 1 roma tomato and put on top serve with 9 (w svg.) fit and active cheddar rice cakes
