Hi, I am a 37 year old wife and mom of 2 children. I work full time and go to college half time, so needless to say I am a very busy person. I have always struggled with weight and I have always been the largest of 3 girls. With my busy schedule the last few years health has not been a top priority and I have gained even more weight.
Right now I am 4'11 and weigh 220. (Ouch that is tough to say) It is time for a change because I am tired, of struggling to do so many things. I have a 6 year old son that needs me to keep up and I have a hard time doing so. I also see the impact my decisions are making on my children. I Must do something now! I have been looking over all that this site has to offer. Looks like I found a great resource and a great opportunity to learn.
