Welcome to the group! I have signed up for recipe emails from all different places (sparkpeople, self, my grocery stores, kraft, myrecipes.com, cooking light...) It has been a huge help for me. Even if I don't follow the recipes exactly, I can tweak and keep calories/fat in control. Check out sparkrecipes.com, too. Great place to find ideas.
