When cooking for myself, I hate eating the same thing over and over. I think it is one reason singles eat so much crap, as you put it.
Most recipes are designed to feed four, sometimes six or eight. Look for recipes that are easy to halve. Make smaller amounts, eat one portion, and freeze the rest, sometimes before cooking the second part. Just don't make yourself keep eating leftovers until you want to puke!

Hey I am Ashley! & I only have to worry about food for lil ol me so of course I eat Crap that is not good for me. So I hope to get good idea so I can eat better. I am a few months away from 25 (AHHH) I have been on Spark for a bit but I am new to the team side of things. So here goes nothing! Please suggest recipes. dishes and tricks for a busy gal who wants to cook healthy but not cook for hours or break the bank.
