Sounds like you have a plan good for your weight loss journey. Once you find your pace your hubby will be there to cheer you on even if he is only home one out of the month.....you have us to help fill the gaps!! LOL
I think you are very wise to get healthier and lighter before children come along, you will need the energy to be up for night feedings and then in a matter of a blink you will be chasing after a bundle of trouble, learning to crawl and walk!!

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.
Hey Rhonda! I've been there sister. Dont stress. You will get there and just keep thinking that when you are on the treadmill, This is way easier than pushing a ten pound baby out! lol. YOu'll run longer I promise. I had lots of medical issues in the femail dept. when it came time to have baby number 2. So if you need anything! I'm here for you.

It sounds like you need to put yourself first for a change, I say go for it and change your life style to suit you, and when your husband comes home,cook your healthy and nutritious food and say, this is the way we eat now, get use to it.

Hello all. I have just started on my journey to lose this weight. I have 156 pounds to lose. I love to cook and try new healthy recpies. My husband and I would love to have a baby and it seems that my weight is the issue. I also want my husband to say to his friends my wife is so hot. My husband is getting ready to graduate school in a few weeks with his CLD license and he already has a job. So he will be leaving and for at least the first six months he will be gone 3 weeks out of the month. I will miss him but I do see this as the perfect opportunity to get in shape and to lose this weight.
I look forward to meeting all of you and making friends.
