Here are some more good sites to look for breakfast ideas. www.eatbetteramerica.com www.whfoods.com www.deliciousdecisions.org www.everdayhealth.com You know you don't have to have regular breakfast foods for breakfast. If you want some lo-cal soup or a salad or just anything go for it. Good Luck
Hi Claskey and welcome to Healthy Recipes :) It's good that you are thinking about breakfast. Not only does having breakfast kick start your metabolism it will help to keep you from over indulging the rest of the day.
Here's a low cal smoothie:
1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt 1/2 cup crushed (or cubed) ice 1 tablespoon Splenda Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
For a simple egg dish try getting Eggbeaters and scrambling them up with some veggies (fresh or frozen) and topping them with salsa...yummy :)
