Welcome. So glad your here. I've found that once you get into the routine of eating healthy, that you go back to it. Most of the time. I found myself going back to the old ways and feeling really awful. So not I'm back on track. I use the recipies here a lot. I mainly cut back on breads and fats and sugars. That seems to help the most.
Well I have been a SparkPeople member for about a year and honestly I haven't accomplished much weight loss. I think it has a lot to do with how to eat and cook healthy. I haven't given it much thought until now. I spent most of my life not caring about what I eat. Now that I want to start eating healthy I feel totally clueless. I don't know where to begin or how to make healthy foods. This is the year I want to finally succeed. If anyone has any advice or can help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks. Maggie
