Mawmaw said it right.............No need to be a computer whiz here......... just browse around and all the pieces will fall in place. You have a lot of support here and if you have any questions.. Just ask..... there is bound to be someone around that can answer them for you.

Hi You don't have to be a computer whiz here. There is so much to get you going and keep you motivated Take advantage of the trackers and coaches and you will do great. The trick here is to change your lifestyle so you don't have to start over next year! All the best to you.

Hi!!!!I feel like humpty dumpty, picking myself up and trying to piece myself together after my millionth tumble.Learn to go down a different road and not have to climb out of the same ditch!!! I have all the tools and when I'm on, life is great. Just need a tune up to get going! Have never tried a blog or online support, as my computer skills suck, but want to give it a positive try.
