PLEASE do not measure your success by the scale. Make sure you are feeling energized that is important. Exercise is a great stress reliever but if you are stressing over the foolish scale you are just treading water. Take time to notice if any of your clothes feel loose. That was what I noticed and my rings fell off my fingers. Give yourself time and think of it as a journey to better health. Take care it will work if you just keep on exercising and tracking your food.

I need help! On menopause and battling weight gain I just can't seem to get off. I started seriously working out and changed diet a month ago and have only noticed weight gain. I understand the muscle thing, but I've been walking 2-3 miles every other day and 6 miles on the weekends and have only managed to lose 1 pound. Any suggestions?
