I fell off the wagon early last year. And decided a couple of weeks ago to start up again. I joined the Yogalates class at the Y. This is my 3rd week. Today, I am starting to track again. My goal is to lose minimum of two pounds a week until I get to my goal weight. If I keep on track, I should be getting there before September.
