Well I'm glad to have found this site. I've been on here for about two weeks. I really haven't done much exercising because I have my right ankle and foot in a fracture boot. But I have been tracking everything I eat. So I'm able to stay at my calorie limit. I guess I should explain why I haven't done much working out. Since I know you can do chair exercises. When I broke my ankle it was because I passed out because of the new blood pressure medicine I was on. So the first two or three days in the hospital was to monitor my heart and readjust my blood pressure meds. Then they did surgery on my ankle. But the broken ankle caused my blood sugar to be high. So I've been working on getting the bs stable.
