I'm pretty new to Bikram but I'm becoming obsessed! Tonight will be my 20th time. I'm so excited that I just signed up for an all-day lecture in Phoenix with Rajashree on October 2nd!
9:00 am - 10:00 am Lecture
10:00 am - 11:30 am Yoga Class
11:30 am - 1:00 pm Lunch Break
1:00 pm - 3:30 pm Posture Clinic
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm Meditation & Group Talk
I don't live there right now but still have a house there and I'm so glad that I do so I can take advantage of things like this. I'll be sure to report back afterwards. Any advice on what I might expect from this day beyond the schedule??
