Hi,I had made it to my goal weight about 3 years ago,then i started eating a little more here and there before I knew it I had gained 50 lbs back.
I wanted to get back on spark,but I was so ashamed of myself.So when I got on the scales today I was so upset when I seen how much I had gained,but I have to get past it and get back on track

Lula is truly blessed

{what an awesome God we serve}

Thanks to you for your post. I did a dramatic thing last year and came within very close range of my "goal weight" and promptly lost all of my motivation. I'm at least 5% up in my weight in just a few short weeks and 14% bigger than I was back in June. It's been weird... intellectually, I know exactly what I did to lose the weight. Now I seem to be lacking the power to follow through. SP has lots of tools to get me there ! Let's be there for each other!!

I know what you mean about losing motivation. I haven't been using SparkPeople like I did when I first joined, and I've seen the results - I gained back all the weight I had lost. I'm now getting back to using more of the tools here and it's helping. The scale is finally moving in the right direction again, and while I haven't lost all the weight I gained back, I'm getting there. I wish you great success in your journey here.

I have been off of sparkpeople for a while. I lost motivation completely. I am now back on here determined to get healthy!! I am a student, a mother of three, and a grandmother of two. I am excited to be on here and setting goals to lose the weight I have gained back.
