Welcome back. Just remember that slow and steady wins the race. I know giving up addictions is never easy. Food is an addiction that we can't do without but we can control when we put our minds to it. It would be great for you and your health if you could give up or at least cut down on your smoking too, but I know that is a big ask. I know you can get on top of your food challenges as you have done it before. Don't forget we are here to help each other out.

I lost weight before on spark people but gained it all back plus added more .My health is getting bad i have ashma due to smoking.i have trouble breathing climbing my stairs.I walk but very slowly.I want to lose for me to be here on this earth for a very long time.Please help things here have changed so much since i was here back in 2009.
